Your Puppy
All of our puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and dew claws removed (unless pre-paid for puppy and specifically request dew claws to remain). They are born and live in a sterile environment until they are fully vaccinated and ready for the world. Families may take their puppies home at 7 weeks, and must agree to follow the remaining vaccination schedule with their family Vet. Failure to complete vaccinations, and vet recommendations will void all health guarantees. It's important to make sure your puppy is a healthy, happy member of your family!!
Our Advice about Precautions....
We make sure that your puppy has a great start in life, with vaccinations and a worming schedule. But, our advice is exactly what any good Vet would tell you....your puppy is not fully vaccinated until you complete the series of shots. Even with full vaccination, there is a small likelihood that your puppy could still contract infectious viruses. Taking your puppy out, to the park, the pet store, any busy area will increase the chances of your puppy contracting a virus. A puppy's immune system is not fully developed until it is approximately a year old. Be aware of your surroundings, and use your good judgement. If any signs of weakness, or lethargy occur, or if your puppy won't eat or drink....don't walk...RUN to your nearest Vet. If you have ANY questions, or concerns call your Vet and get their great advice on anything you would like to know more about. A Vet is your greatest resource when you have a pet!!!
Hips/Elbows/Eyes and Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your puppy will be healthy and free from disease when you pick it up. It will be current on vaccinations, and have a worming schedule and shot record for you to take to your local Vet. We also give a 2 yr hips/elbows/eyes puppy replacement guarantee in writing as part of your puppy packet. If any problems arise, you will need to get written documentation from your Vet with verification of any abnormalities that may occur. We do a extensive genetic search with all of our breeding dogs, so are very confident that your puppy will live a long, healthy life - free from dysplasia, and genetic eye problems. But, if anything were to ever go wrong, we want our customers to be confident that we stand behind our dogs.
